This Refund Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. MS Cleaning Services reserves the right to interpret and apply this policy at its sole discretion. Policies may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable local, state, or federal laws.
REFUND POLICIES
At MS Cleaning Services, we take pride in delivering high-quality, professional cleaning services. Because cleaning services are time- and labor-based, our refund policy is outlined below.
NO CASH REFUNDS
MS Cleaning Services does not offer cash or card refunds once a service has been completed.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, offer a re-clean of the affected area(s) at no additional charge. This satisfaction guarantee applies only to the original scope of work agreed upon at booking.
EXCLUSIONS
Refunds or re-cleans will not be provided for:
Concerns reported after the 24-hour window
Areas not included in the original service request
Normal wear and tear, permanent stains, or damage
Issues caused by pre-existing conditions or improper installation
Dissatisfaction based on expectations not communicated prior to service
CANCELLATIONS
Refunds for canceled appointments are subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit or payment made.
AIRBNB AND SHORT TERM RENTALS
For Airbnb or short-term rental resets, all concerns must be reported within 12 hours of service completion or before guest check-in, whichever occurs first.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
MS Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse a re-clean or corrective service if the claim is deemed unreasonable, outside the scope of service, or inconsistent with our policies.
