By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
SERVICES
MS Cleaning Services provides residential, commercial, Airbnb reset, deep cleaning, maintenance, and specialized cleaning services. Specific services, scope, and pricing will be agreed upon prior to service.
Scheduling and Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Military base access is available. If access is not available, the appointment may be canceled and subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can address the concern.
HEALTH SND SAFETY
For the safety of our team, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Secure pets during service
Remove excessive clutter prior to cleaning
Inform us of fragile items, special surfaces, or areas requiring extra care
MS Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, or undisclosed fragile items.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services.
Liability
While we take great care in our work, MS Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues beyond the scope of cleaning. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Change to Terms
MS Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
